Amazing Product

The way your product cleared up my dogs allergies on his skin, amazing how it works, all the medication I bought from the Vet never worked for him, I highly recommend PetScy anti itch.

No More Itchies

On June 25, 2023, I started my beagle and basset hound on supplements to stop the itching. Both of my dogs were itching and breaking out in a skin rash. The cause was unknown. I did not notice a big difference in their itching after 4-weeks, so I kept giving them the supplements. I began to see a difference at the 8-week mark, and I have to say this product does work and there is no more rash or itching. I continue to give the supplements daily and I wanted to say that giving the product time to work is the key. Every dog is different, and there may be dry kibble issues or a medical issue that needs to be addressed.

Your products are excellent

Your products are excellent. My dog is very picky about what he eats but your chews he just loves. He gets 1/2 of an itch relief chew in the morning and 1/2 of a joint relief chew at suppertime and won't eat anything until he has his chew. They are helping as he is scratching very little and, although he has not been on the joint chews very long he is walking better. We will continue on these.

My Molly has been using your Itch…

My Molly has been using your Itch Relief for about four years. It’s the only thing that calms her itch down. The vet says he doesn’t know what is causing her itch and said she should take Benadril. I don’t want to give her people meds. Itch Relief has been a god sent. Thank you

Product does as advertised

Product does as advertised. Used it for 3 years. My 135 mixed breed has wonderful skin and coat which I attribute to this product. It would be nice to have a discount occasionally for us long time customers

Support about this issue? We sent the order the next day but unfortunately we will never know if the courier failed in shipping unless the customer notifies us. I reached out to my support team and tracking shows that it will be there today which is 9 business days. Normally it gets there faster but these are items out of our control. I hope if you’re satisfied you will updated your review. If for some reason you don’t receive by tomorrow, reply to this review and I’ll personally call UPS to understand why they’re dropping the ball.

Empty package was shipped

Received the package, but all that was inside was an invoice and a flyer. No product. How do you ship an empty package?

I have reached out to the Fullfilment company to confirm that they made a mistake. By tomm I’ll have a new order expedited out once they confirm. Mistakes rarely happen but we will resolve them once they do.

I emailed you a month and a half ago to cancel further shipments.
Your company continues to charge me for another shipment.

Petscy is an automated online company. Just like Amazon, customers are required to log on and cancel their order through the customer portal. If you back to your emails you will that petscy provided a response email immediately after your email was sent on how to log in and cancel. None the less I’ve notified my support team to cancel any future orders. You can also return any previous orders for a full refund. Simply, go to Petscy.com and under account management you will find the return info page.

I`d give minus STARS ,but,you don`t seem to…

I`d give minus ,but,you don`t seem to think it`s needed.You say you can cancel at ANY time not only is it not true it seems every tim I`d order something, you would automatically put it to subscription.I live on a Fixed income,and you have cost me Bank Insufficient Fund Fees,and you say you`ll charge $20.00 for returns over $80.00.I will be returning this order AS SOON AS IT ARRIVES,and you will have Lost at Least One of your Customers,Because of your policies.

I am sorry to hear that you're unhappy with our policies. Let me state first that we never automatically put a customer on a subscription order. The customer chooses if they’d like the product as a one time purchase or a recurring order. You the customer chose the recurring option. If you log on to Petscy.com you will see that both options are presented to the customer during the ordering process . As for the return fee, we do charge a $20 fee to cover the shipping costs on larger orders to protect Petscy from fraud and other costs due to customers not managing their subscription order accordingly.

Please let me know if there’s anything we could’ve done differently as I will review all recommendations to better my brand. However, I believe a lot of your frustration stems from believing that Petscy placed you in an automatic billing cycle when really that option is chosen by the customer.

I do appreciate and hope to keep you as a customer. Therefore, I let my team know to waive the $20 fee to return those items since it seems like a honest mistake on your end.

I have been a PetScy customer for…

I have been a PetScy customer for years. I purchased extra itch relief on one of your sales, So I called to put a hold on my account for 3 months. I was told that you couldn't do that, I'd just have to discontinue my subscription. I did discontinue, as instructed. Now, I have resubscribed and I get emails, inviting me to come back. If I'll come back, I'll get 20% off for life. I did resubscribe but I am not getting the 20% off. I received an email asking me to send the email that told me I'd get 20% off for life, which I did, but still haven't received the 20% off. I do use Itch Relief for my Bichon, and have been pleased. But, I feel all the emails to "come back" means that you don't know that I am a customer, and haven't honored the 20% for life.

In December of 2023

In December of 2023, my order was delayed for 3 weeks because it was addressed un-properly or mislabeled and sent back to you. The progress I was making with the itch relief was lost and has yet to be recovered. I have an elderly dog and this was the first product that was showing progress. I'm pretty disappointed that this occured. I'm still hoping I can get his skin issue under control. That is why I only gave 3 stars.

Unfortunately, we have encountered similar situations in the past where UPS drivers have claimed address issues despite the orders being correctly labeled.

great except if you want to return anything

the service was always on time and product always what we ordered. BUT trying to get a refund is like pulling teeth three weeks ago or longer asked for a refund on a product our dog didnt need to take anymore and have yet to hear anything from them
